01 Who we are

If we build it, we stand behind it.

Build Marque was founded in 2019 by Muhammad Jamil Gohar. Today it is run by his two sons, Engr. Muhammad Tayyab and Muhammad Mujahid, who lead the company and our crews on site every day. We have grown the steady way, one finished villa recommending the next.

Clients tell us we are easy to deal with, and we take that as seriously as the concrete. You get straight answers, a fixed scope, and the same faces from the first site visit to the final walk-through. Every job comes with a warranty. If something needs attention after handover, we come back.

Construction

New villas, mansions and extensions. Foundations, structure, blockwork and the civil engineering behind them, managed and built by our own teams and signed off by our own engineer.

One family home, taken from bare structure to keys in hand. Marble floors laid and polished, a handle-less kitchen, designer bathrooms, custom steel railings and courtyard glazing. Every trade on this job was ours.

Muhammad Jamil Gohar founded Build Marque in 2019 and chairs it today. He set the standard the company still works to: do honest work, and finish what you start. The larger projects still pass under his eye.

A UAE-licensed civil engineer with over 10 years of experience, Tayyab runs the company day to day. He leads every client meeting, the first site visit, the quote, the engineering and the handover, and he stays reachable for the whole job.

Director of Operations

With more than 9 years on site, Mujahid runs operations. He manages the crews, keeps the trades in sequence, and checks the finish himself before anything is handed over. Most of the firm's work passes through his hands.

Engr. Ahmed plans and runs our projects end to end. With over 4 years in construction management, he holds the programme, the budget and the trades in the right order so a job lands on time and on scope.

Site Engineer · 9 years on site

Usman runs the work on the ground. A mechanical diploma holder with nine years of site experience, he leads the crew day to day, sets out the work, and holds the quality. First in and last out, nothing moves on until he is satisfied it is done right.

Safety Engineer

Rabia Jamil leads health and safety across our sites. She sets the safety plan, runs the toolbox talks and keeps every site compliant, so the team goes home safe and the work is done to standard.
